Who hires a Wedding Planner and why should I?

Most couples these days are working professionals and are simply too busy to plan a wedding with its many details. Wedding planning can be overwhelming and stressful when you do not have the time that is needed to put into it.  Your wedding is such an important – and expensive – event in your life:  it makes sense to hire a professional to assist you during the process.  I have all of the relationships, and work with only the best wedding professionals, so you can rest assured that every member of your wedding team will be giving 100% to make your wedding fantastic.

And best of all – having a Wedding Planner means that you (AND your friends and family) can relax and enjoy all of the amazing experiences and emotions that come on your wedding day without being stressed. There are a million other reasons, but chances are, if you’re reading this, you already know why you need a Wedding Planner!

What will a Wedding Planner cost?

The cost of wedding planning professional services depends on how involved you need me to be.  Once we meet and discuss your wedding planning needs, then I will present you with an up-front fee structure personally designed to suit your wedding planning requirements.

I have strong relationships with the most reputable wedding suppliers and I know about those unneeded extra costs that come along with weddings.  I can help you avoid budgetary pre-wedding and post-wedding stress.

I want to plan my own wedding but I would like some of your advice.  Is there any way to get your advice without becoming a full planning client?

Yes, I have a DIY Bridal Program option designed just for you.

I am concerned about being involved with the planning process and losing my vision in the process. Can I still hire a Planner and be involved?

Absolutely!! My best weddings are designed with your vision, style and personality in mind. This is YOUR wedding and having your input is absolutely critical to the overall outcome. In fact, I want you to get excited about planning your special day, it is solely up to you what you want your level of involvement to be. My role is to execute the vision you have for your wedding and provide insight and feedback along the way to make the process smooth.

What does a Wedding Planner Do?

A professional wedding planner will attend vendor meetings with you, keep track of your budget, assist in design your wedding, assist with the overall style, keep you on track with the planning process and be with you on the wedding weekend to coordinate your celebration.

How are vendors selected?

My wedding vendors are chosen based on their reputation, time in the wedding industry and experience with weddings.

Do I need to use all of your vendors?

No, not at all. You are welcome to use as many (or as few) of my vendors as you’d like for your wedding. I am here to help with exactly with what you will need.

Will you match me with vendor who fit my budget and style?

Yes, this is my specialty. I have a range of fantastic wedding professionals in every category so that I can match you with the vendors who fit your personality and style.

Can you help me find a venue?

Yes, I would will take time to learn about your style, guest count and budget then recommend venues based on my knowledge of wedding venues.

Are you willing to travel?

Absolutely! Additional fees may apply to cover travel expenses. Warm climates preferred! (I’m kidding, I will gladly travel anywhere you need me to go).
