These lovebirds from Wisconsin planned their wedding from Virginia, and we were SO excited to be the planning team for a wedding so elegant, so meaningful, and so beautiful! Both Marsha and Jana have known Isa her whole life, so it was very special to join forces on her best day.
Isa and Lincoln knew that they wanted their wedding to feel classy, romantic, and elegant. They embraced the Italian villa feel of their venue, added soft natural colors and softs greens and pinks, and gave many nods to the Parent Trap in their music choices and classic design. Let’s just say Elizabeth James and Meredith Blake would have approved!
Givens Farm Estate is a venue in Hortonville, Wisconsin that feels like an Italian villa. Brittney and Dustin own and operate the venue, and their hands on presence and expertise with the grounds and animals really took care of us all so well. We were so grateful for them, and their calming presence! The many gorgeous interior and exterior spaces, along with the beautifully maintained grounds and fields with horses made for many beautiful places for photography throughout the day, and of course, the first looks!
The weather cooperated and we were able to utilize the beautiful exterior space for the ceremony! The Parent Trap music cued up, the bride’s sisters performed a string duet, and the tears began to flow.
The bridesmaids in soft pink and groomsmen in classic suits were such kind, thoughtful, fun friends of the bride and groom. What a joy it was to celebrate all together. Then it was time for Isa and Lincoln to grab some photos on the horses who live at Givens Farm Estate, and the photos turned out so glamorous!
Guests came to the cocktail hour and chose their own glass to use throughout the event, and it also served as their favor to take home. We loved this touch! The glasses were unique and hand-selected and felt very special. The tented reception on the grounds of Givens Farm were beautifully decorated and held long tables for guests to chat, mingle, and celebrate.
