Meet Kate and Johnathan.
These lovebirds were precious. We worked primarily with Kate to plan this beautiful day, and we fell in love with her huge heart! For work, she worked with special needs students, and she’s also a triplet. When it came time to plan their wedding, Kate and Johnathan wanted to have a gorgeous outdoor wedding in the tall Wisconsin pines, and Fest Valley ended up being the perfect venue.

Fest Valley’s signage made for many great photo-ops, including the photo above with the bridesmaids before they were in their dresses. Nothing quite like the matching pajamas on the best day ever! Once it was Kate’s turn to put on the gown, there was not a dry eye.
And then finally, it was time for Bride and Groom to meet.
Fest Valley is a large event space and is home to Country Fest and Rock Fest, and it had the accommodations we were looking for. The outdoor space was cozy and intimate, perfect for an outdoor ceremony, and we were thrilled that the weather cooperated.
Across the street we had the reception space. It came in handy to have a wedding planner with this setup because we had to work together to move the arches and supplies from one spot to another with the help of a golf cart and tons of muscles. This would NOT be something the couple and their family would want to worry about on the wedding day, so having a wedding planner really came in handy!
After all this gorgeous-ness, it was time to grab the golf cart and move the large backdrops across the street to the reception location. Time to celebrate!
