Step 1 - Getting To Know You
There is truly no shortage of amazing venues and talent in Wisconsin, which is as exciting as it is daunting. As your advocates and your team, we’ll take the weight off your shoulders. We’ll learn about you, your relationship, your goals, your aesthetic, your budget, and your guests. We’ll begin by mapping out your planning timeline, and personally guide you through every single step.
Step 2 - Planning
A seamless event involves so much more than how it looks. We serve as your advocates, presenting procured choices based on what is best for you and your event, while perfectly curating the getaway of a lifetime for you, your families, and your friends.
Step 3 - Design
As designers, we create our concepts from scratch by personally come up with every visual concept and oversee every single detail. We will create an ambiance that inspires you. Our experience and transparency will maximize your design budget and make it the best it can be. We’ll create a cohesive design that mixes who you are and what you love with the unique sensibilities of where you’re celebrating. (Full Service only or as an add on.)
Step 4 - Execution
It takes a village to produce a great wedding. After the planning and design is set, we become hosts on your wedding weekend, overseeing the production from set-up to tear-down. Welcome bags delivered, rehearsal dinner and welcome party (if you’d like) completely managed. We’ll make sure you have your favorite drink in hand. Your parents, too. Mother nature has other plans? No problem. We’ll run the entire show with you as our guest.

Once we decide we’re a fit and the contract is signed. the fun begins! We’ll set up a timeline depending on what service you’ve chosen, and how much lead time you have before the wedding. We’ll use a custom Planning Suite to keep you organized and make every planning detail easily accessible and all in real time.
It’s wedding day! We’ll handle all the stress and the flawless execution, so you can relax and enjoy the party!
