Meet Whitney & Brad.
Whitney and Brad are a delightful couple, and we were so thrilled that they hired us to plan their December wedding. They knew from the start that their wedding was going to be on December 17th, as that was the narrow window when Whitney’s brother would be home from the military, so he’d be able to attend the wedding. So, the date was set!
Whitney and Brad are lovely, hardworking people, and it was a joy to plan alongside them. They chose us since they were new to Wisconsin Rapids and were hoping to hire a planner who had the inside scoop of trustworthy vendors to carry out their wedding vision. The First Looks
Phil Koehler Photography did such a nice job making sure to capture many first looks with the beautiful bride and groom, between their first look, but also the first look with parents and bridesmaids. This set the tone for a sweet and intimate wedding day with memorable moments across the board.
The Ceremony
The very snowy day presented challenges for travelling guests making the wintery journey to The Outpost Ranch, but it served as a lovely backdrop for this romantic wedding ceremony. The Outpost Ranch has a lovely indoor ceremony space that accommodated the guests, the design hopes of the couple, and the weather!
The Wedding Party
In classic black and white, the wedding party was a kind and joyful support for Whitney and Brad, and the snow made for a romantic (and cold!) backdrop.
The Reception
The reception was personalized to Whitney and Brad, making sure that donuts were the featured dessert on the dessert table, beautiful neutral flowers adorned the space, and Felix and Fingers came to entertain, and boy did they! Felix and Fingers is a dueling piano group where two piano pros duke it out and create such a FUN and memorable music experience. The dance floor was PACKED all night, and everyone had such a great time!

Whitney and Brad hired a tremendous team of wedding vendors who worked together as a team to carry out this beautiful wedding day.
